The DominoAI Lab studies how to incorporate domain knowledge, from physics, causality, and symbolic reasoning, into deep learning systems to make them more data-efficient, interpretable, and reliable. Our work spans knowledge-augmented deep learning, probabilistic graphical models, computer vision, and AI for health.
